Nick & Jessie were married last weekend at Falls Park in Pendleton, Indiana. The location was beautiful, and even though I was sure it was going to be too cold outside, the weather was perfect, and the ceremony was lovely. They were joined by their closest friends and family, including their two children, Eva and Aiden. Nick & Jessie … I wish you and your little family nothing but love and happiness. I am so thankful you chose to have me to be part of your big day. You two are wonderful! Enjoy.

Nick & Jessie decided to see each other before the ceremony. I love it when couples decide to see each other before. Seems to help the wedding jitters before the ceremony, and it makes the day go so smoothly.

Here we go!

Time for a toast.

One last one…

What a happy day! Little Miss Lilly is officially 1 whole year old! She’s an amazing little 1-year-old. She’s walking … and running. She’s talking, which is adorable … and she’s so cute. I am so happy that I’ve been able to document some of Lilly’s big milestones since she was 6 months old. Lilly, I hope your first birthday is amazing. Jimmy and I love you bunches! Enjoy!

I’m currently buried under 6 portrait sessions, 1 wedding and 1 engagement session. As I work my way up to the surface, I wanted to share a couple images from Nick & Jessie’s wedding from this past weekend.

This was, without a doubt, the perfect end to a busy weekend. Mike, Sara, and their pug, Ella met me downtown today for their engagement session. I’ll be blogging their full session later this week but I just had to share a little for now.

Yeah, Mike & Sara are so freaking cute!

-What-

I am looking for two guys and two gals that want to rock it out on some mock senior photo shoots. With the busy senior portrait season around the corner, I need some sessions to use for my promotional materials this summer. Each session will have a different theme, and you’re more than welcome to bring props that will help tell your story (guitar, sports uniform, etc). Each session will be in a different area of Indianapolis (downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis Museum of Art, and Eagle Creek Park).

-Who-

I’m looking for high school students that are graduating 2010 or 2011.

-When-

Sessions will be held each evening from May 17th – May 21st from 6:30 – 7:45.

-How-

Send me an email – photos@ravynstadick.com – In the email, tell me about yourself. Why do you think you’d be a fabulous model for Ravyn Stadick Photography. Tell me what high school you go to, and any activities you do that might make for a super fun session. Also, let me know what location you’re most interested in and what days (above) would work best with you. I’ll be picking the 4 models by May 10th, and I will send you an email then with your location and date/time. I’ll be using the images for fall and summer promotions which means each model will need to sign a model release form. If you’re not 18, you’ll need to have your parents permission and signature.

-Additional Details-

To thank you for modeling for RSP, I’ll be providing each student with a DVD of low-res images with my logo in the corner … You can use these on Facebook, Twitter, etc. These sessions are not meant to replace your senior photo session. If any student would like to have their actual senior photos taken during their time slot, we can do that too. In this case, you’ll have the option of purchasing my senior photography package at a discounted rate. This would include a DVD of high res images as well as the wallet prints that come along with my standard package. Please inquire about pricing in your email if you’re interested.

I can’t wait to work with everyone, and I’m looking forward to a great summer season!

If you’ve followed my blog for any time at all, you’ve probably seen Lilly and her family before. I can’t believe Lilly is going to be 1 on Tuesday! Seriously, where does the time go? Lilly’s mom and dad did a mini session/1 year session last weekend to go along with her cake smash session we did a couple of weeks ago. I’ll be posting the photos of Miss Lilly’s 1-year-old session in a few days, but for now,  wanted to share the adorable family photos. Enjoy!
